Anse Dana Nass is an Arabic educator with a passion for empowering Muslim women to deepen their love for the Arabic language. Anse Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Literature and a Master’s degree in Psychology and Behavioral Analysis. In addition, she studied traditional Islamic Studies directly from famous scholars in Damascus and through Rabata. She received her ijāzah in the Hafs recitation of the Quran and an Ijazah in the Forty Hadith of Imam Nawawi.
With dedication to her community, Anse Dana has led numerous women and youth programs. She successfully developed a curriculum for Arabic young learners at Utopia Education World. She also volunteers at Rabata as a women’s halaqa teacher and a RabaTEENS youth teacher.
Anse Dana finds joy in simple moments -savoring a cup of coffee and spending quality time with her family.
