RabaTEENs (Girls ages 12-17) registration is open!
Each class meets once a week for 5 weeks. Dates and times are on the flyers. RabaTEENS is a nurturing space for deep and meaningful Islamic spiritual mentorship, with compassionate and caring mentors. Fun, creative, and positive educational experiences to help teens grow confidently and comfortably into their faith.
The Rabateens Weekly Teen Halaqa is a space for teens to grow spiritually together. Teens will meet weekly on Zoom to discuss lessons from selected Hadith, seasonal topics, reminders of how to hold strong to our faith, and real talk about real issues they are facing on a day-to-day basis. Held on Thursday evenings, it will include a reading of Surat al-Kahf to gain the blessing of light that it brings. At the end of each session, there will be an open Q&A session.

Ribaat is honored to present this exclusive workshop with a highly qualified and leading professional coach, Anse Maria Shukri. You will be able to review your daff skills gained in Level 1 and increase your confidence by layering and extending the beat. You will also be able to freestyle and 'mix up the beats' to get creative on your favorite nasheeds.
