Amber Siddiqui is a mom of three who graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and practices part-time in Rockford, Illinois. With the intention to memorize as much of the Quran as possible, Amber signed up for the Ribaat Academic Program’s tajwīd track a few years ago. Since then, she has been diligently working towards improving her recitation and pronunciation of the Holy Book.
“This program has been such a blessing in my life,” shares Amber, who is also a volunteer at her children’s school and enjoys reading and creative crafts in her free time. “The more time I spend working on my tajwīd, the more I realize how much there is to learn and master.”
In addition to her commitment to the program, Amber associates her consistent progress to her Ribaat teachers. She states that their devotion to teach and give so much of their time to their students has helped her stay on track.
“I feel so blessed to have such highly dedicated and knowledgeable teachers,” Amber says. “I am grateful to them and Ribaat for helping us on this path of learning, while we continue to live the rest of our lives to our full potential.”
